Lenny Iaffaldano, 917-807-7523, In order to keep the apt's sort of warm, it has to be on 75, he lowers it to 72, but the heat never comes up, he told one of the tenants to wear a jacket if they are cold. he has brought in people to look at the heat, but they haven't resolved the issue. He seems to not agree or understand that there is a issue with the heat, all of the tenants have to use electric heaters to supplement the heat, so he is saving money, but our electric is going up.

We called Mr Laffaldano on your behalf and he says he is working on the heating problem and hopes to have it resolved soon.
