Deskripsyon
This Pavilion is not available for the general public to use for picnics or gatherings. It has been taken over by a group of HOMELESS PEOPLE who are living in abandon BOATS next to the City Boat Ramp as well as TENTS hidden in the Bush behind the pavilion.
The human waste building up is disgusting and polluting our bay!
This has been a reported issue for over 1 year now yet the City is NOT responding? Is it bc this is the South Side?
