Description
This experiment is not working. When Peeler has green Tilly Mill both East and West backs up as well as folks coming south on N Peachtree Street across Tilly Mill. There needs to be a DO NOT BLOCK THE BOX on both Tilly Mill & N-Peachtree and Peeler and N-Peachtree. An officer needs to be posted here to ensure smooth passage of vehicles.
We no longer have a method of leaving our neighborhoods in the morning with this intersection backed up for 20 minutes each morning, Winters Chappel to 141 backed up for 20 minutes every morning and Tilly Mill to 141 backed up every morning. PLEASE HELP US!

This is getting worse on a daily basis, and we have no faster method of getting to work in the morning. Please let us, your tax payers, what the action plan is to fix this intersection other issues to help fix our commutes. This has dragged on long enough.
Shut off the end of Peeler. Sorry. 5-way intersections do not function efficiently.

I should add. Leaving at 7:30 this morning it took 30 minutes to get from Happy Hollow & Peeler to 285. Far from acceptable.
141 in the morning, does not move.
