There's a 140 second cycle timing plan that operates on New Bern on Saturdays from Donald Ross Drive/Peartree Ln east to Rogers Ln. On Sundays the corridor has no timing plan and each signal operates off of vehicular demand. The traffic control staff will half-cycle (70 seconds) a few of the intersections including Donald Ross Drive/Peartree Ln on Saturdays and see how well it runs.
