I see that that this was posted over a year ago and yet the trees along Saint John have only gotten worse. This report has yet to be even acknowledged. Whats the point of posting issues? How many of our issues are actually followed up? I don't expect each issue to be resolved immediately but I'd hope they would be acknowledged within a reasonable time frame (certainly less than a year).

It all depends on whether the appropriate public agency or department has an email address (if they have an email address, then they can receive automated updates on the issues of their choosing). For dead trees and trees in need of maintenance, I am not aware of any email address apart from the general Parks Dept email. Therefore, I would recommend calling the tree line (see link above). I would also recommend posting a photo or two, if possible, and ensuring that the Parks Dept (which should be in the list on the right) was notified of the issue.

After three messages to the tree line without response I'm feeling neglected. Most city departments link to SeeClickFix in order to report issues. I guess they fail to follow up on those reports.
