I wonder if we can find the email address for someone at the Watertown City Hall? Would Dept of Public works be the best for this or would it be someone else? I assume this is a public road?
I found http://www.ci.watertown.ma.us/Directory.asp and all I see is phone numbers without email addresses. It would be great to click over to SeeFix and create a watch area for someone so they will get updates on issues like this.
