this street light is in between 24 and 28 Tory Fort and was recently replaced with an LED

Q. Is the pole wooden or metal?
A. wooden
Q. What is the pole number? (This is about eye-level on the pole.)
A. dont know- just was replaced with an LED but does not work
Q. Is the light completely out or cycling (flickering on and off)?
A. I've never seen it on and street is always dark in that area
