This front junk of this address has been cleaned. Everything left over was moved to another home owned by the same person 4 houses down at 772 Berclair (See SR# 3783474 - Picker Pile) Code needs to check everything. It is mentioned to have had non code standard repairs on "everything".

Everything is starting up again at this address. There is a permanent Yard Sale going on at 749 Berclair. There is a growing amount of items in the front yard & carport, just like in the past. Not to mention junk was moved from 749 Berclair to the owners other address 772 Berclair (3 doors down). Both of these addresses have occupants that accumulate junk. Even with a court date pending the violations do not stop. Please order evictions both of these addresses.
