"Elevators – 2:00PM all elevators will be taken out of service and locked on an upper floor."
Residents report elevators are not working, yet evacuation is open until Sunday at 8 am. Many elderly and disabled people live there and some are there at this time!

Đáp. Key Capri Condos closed down the elevators at 2 pm on Friday, Sept 8. TI and Pinellas websites say evacuation is from 6 am Friday to 8 am Sunday.
