Description

The property has installed artificial turf on two sides of a corner lot which presents an eyesore that does not complement the landscaping of the hills. The use of synthetic turf in residential landscaping is strictly prohibited in some communities and as the north berkeley hills include protected architetural sites and beautiful landscape. It is a very bad choice to leave the artificial turf in place. The City of Berkeley and property management should be able to come up with a better solution.
