This problem is still there. I do not understand why she is allowed to just camp out like that on the street. The sheriff's department sees her and nothing is done. The street is not the best street in the county, but that is due to all the illegal activity that goes on and nothing is done to stop it. It is embarrassing to say the least, it is not normal. For a homeless person, she sure does have a lot of junk. She has now recently started to move her belongings into the parking lot next to the property she sits out in front of. I have reported this issue to the sheriff's department numerous times but it remains the same. This is clearly a sanitation issue if not a code violation.
