Beschreibung

The violation is on the corner of Donna Bell and Hewitt. This residence has large plastic plant containers containing rocks and bricks along roadway. This is dangerous for motorists. They have been moved back from roadway once but quickly replaced. Almost caused wreck last week as two trucks tries to pass each other.
