Under the highway for 35/62 between the Richfield and Minneapolis border along Nicollet, there is a lot of trash and debris on the sidewalk. Pigeons are causing an issue with poop/debris/dead bird carcasses. It's pretty gross to walk under it to get to the park on Nicollet
