Heavy traffic, both directions on Troope Rd,, causes excessive waits to exit from Woodland Ave. Problem is worst during rush hours, but also occurs at lunch time, begins about 2:00 PM on weekdays, and for most daytime hours on Saturday. Traffic light may also reduce excessive speeds on Trooper Rd.
