The crumbling concrete has been talked about by Town Green and the Parks Department. This is a result of calcium chloride (ice melt) weakening the concrete. We are working to fix this issue asap, but it could take a while. Until then, the side of the stairs with the exposed rebar will be blocked off with caution tape. - It was blocked off until the St Patrick's Day Parade and the tape was ripped down.
