Did they provide any information on how long it will take? The area is very dark and creates a safety issue, because the lights on the side street, Harvard St, are also out.

National Grid did not provide us a time frame. They said that they were scheduling this for the light to be moved because it was too close to the high voltage lines. Can you please provide the house numbers or the pole numbers for the lights that are out on Harvard Ave so we can report them? Thank you.

Actually all of the lights on Harvard are out, with the exception of one that works intermittently.

I wish Whoever monitor this app would add street lights as a Listed issue. It’s one of the most common problems and I can’t believe this app neglects listing it
