This morning at 5:40 am the traffic light went through 5 rotations and never gave a Left Turn Green Arrow to turn left onto Highway 9 from Mansell. towards Alpharetta. Finally I had to wait until the light was green for the two right lanes next to me and I put my blinker on and moved over into the right lane to go straight through the intersection ( towards Walmart). I do not expect a ticket for having to change lanes in the intersection! Lynn Harrison
