My neighbor has a chicken coop which is currently located too close to our property line. In addition, she has at least 15 poultry, whereas the code allows for 5. I have photos of the 15 poultry, and more may have been in the hen house. I think at times, she has had 30-40 chickens. She also has two cats, which she got to curtail the mice problem, resulting from the poultry. The cats have run into my house on two occasions. In addition, she let the chickens roam onto the street and into my yard, but has since promised to keep them cooped up. My neighbor on the other side of me has called me to ask how to report her to Animal Control, so her poultry seem to be affecting the neighborhood.
