Description

There is a large pile of filled orange trash bags on the inside of the chain link fence under the 580 overpass. I think they are cal trans bags on cal trans property? they have been there for a month and are attracting more and more dumping.
This is setting a very bad example - after all, if the city doesn't care enough to pick up its own trash... why should anyone else?
