So... A City worker has gone up and down alley's and found fencing that is on the right of way. Are the homeowners aware of where the 'exact' alley begins and ends? When was the last time the city put markers out showing this? Ten years? Twenty years? Since there are about 20 of these Fence thingy's, WE should not make a judgement that 20 homeowners got together to move their fences. Maybe, just maybe, a decade or so back one homeowner did move their fence onto the right of way. Then after several years of the city not saying anything, other homeowners might have assumed that there property was slightly larger than they thought. The city should pay for this as it is a low income area and pass the cost onto homeowners who have NOT violated the right of way in the Old Northeast who have more money but obeyed the law. This is the politically correct way for liberals to do business. IMHO
