Was the issue closed because the problem was resolved?

This item should not be closed because no work has been done to remedy this problem. The city has mis-identified this location as 1521 The Arts Dr, when it is actually at the intersection of the (old) Tryon Rd, and Junction St.
The city asked the ATT Subcontractor (ANSCO?) to come out and identify the issue wrt responsibility; I was with him during his inspection and we concluded that ATT was not responsible, leaving the question open as to who dug up the sidewalk and didn't replace it. Possibly .Time-Warner or Duke Energy. I request the that the city simply get a contractor to come out and replace the 2 sections of sidewalk.

Based on the fact that this has not been resolved I am reopening the issue and would like for the city to revisit it - looking in the proper location.

This issue is located at Junction rd. & old Tryon Rd. , and NOT at 1521 The Arts Dr. I have tried repeatedly to move the marker to the correct location on the map, but the change will not register.
