Deskripsyon

Some days when I drive by James St. on my way to work, I see 3 or 4 kids shaking and trying to break off the James St. street sign. Today they had it swaying all over the place, the hole at the bottom is getting larger each day. I figure when it finally does break, it will probably be fixed at taxpayer's expense.

Maybe someone can put a stop to this, or can someone official fill in the hole with some cement? I have a hard time believing no one else sees it, it's nearly every day.
