The road and drainage gutters on Esser Ave. are so uneven, worn, and crumbling that water collects and stays puddled for up to 2 weeks after rains. Specifically eviudent in front of the residences at 1330 and adjacent. The street looks like it was marked for repair over 9 months ago, but no work has been done. When the water sets so long mosquito larvae hatch and the road deteriorates even more.
