I travel Route 450 East and West from my home in Annapolis to my work in Greenbelt, MD. For years there has been an issue with water drainage after storms with various stages of standing water from passable to road closure. In 2017, there certainly must be a solution that would satisfy the environmental elements associated with the wood location.
Annapolis has many challenges with one way in and one way out, this is a major highway that should not be shut down, or compromised due to standing water. I thank you in advance for your support.
