I'm complaining about this every time I get stuck here until it is fixed. Sync lights that are 50 yards from one another. A parking garage should never have this much power over traffic.

Work Order Completed in Infor by 135420 on 2017-10-30T15:48:33.000-05:00 with comments - This intersection was visited, equipment was checked, and traffic was observed. The lack of synchronization between signals is due to the light rail operation along Fannin. Whenever a train travels down Fannin the signal timing is modified to favor the train. This results in less than optimal timing for personal vehicles. This is a requirement due to the safety requirements of operating a traffic signal for personal vehicles, pedestrians, and light rail.
No modifications are recommended to this signal at this time.
