the initial inspection was supposed to take place on 10/17. today is 10/19 and the inspection still shows pending. has this been completed yet?

The inspector noted that she needs to gain access through a neighbor's yard to see the issue. You can walk through my yard on the north side of the problem house

Update from the Codes Compliance Department: In order for a Codes investigator to respond to an issue or complaint about something that cannot be legally viewed from the street, alley, or other public right-of-way, the owner of an adjacent property who can view the violation would need to call Codes directly at 727-893-7373, give their name and contact information as part of the public record for the case, and agree to allow the investigator to visit and view the issue from their property. If the reporter of this issue chooses to do so, please call Codes so that we may open a case and assign an investigator.

i actually called that number and spoke with the codes department. I left my name and contact information for the codes inspector. i was trying to give her permission to walk in my backyard. But of course no one from codes ever responded to my message and called me back. Please explain......
