The signal has been improperly working as of late last week. McNeil Street has been getting the max amount of time for the side street even though there may be one vehicle calling the signal (haven't driven at night so not sure if it's placing a call on the side street even with no vehicles). The developer was working late last week installing curb and gutter and may have cut one of the lead in cables for the detector?
