You do realize that once you renew your plate it takes 14 days to receive it in the mail... so maybe it is valid... and maybe you should wait more the 2 says on an exp plate before reporting someone

Due to the recent expiration; I will give this vehicle until the end of the month. Without a clearly defined " white line" in the middle of the street, I will not enforce parking-wrong way.
