Description
Vacant Lot between 6940 & 6914 is over grown with lots of brush, overgrown weeds, and due to low lighting results in illegal dumping and unwarranted parked cars and suspect activity. The city had come by a few years ago, and the lot owner cleared back the weeds, but it's been about 2 years or so.
