Description

Almost every single weekday, commuters trying to go south on S. atlanta st. block this intersection trying to make the light before it turns red. Anyone trying to turn on to Sloan st. from the square are unable to get through because the intersection is blocked (which is against the law).

I'm not sure what needs to happen here, if a cop needs to be present to enforce traffics laws or the signals need to be readjusted, but something needs to be done about this intersection!
