One stop for pedestrians sign is posted on a post, left of the right turn lane. Does that apply to the traffic turning right? The stop for pedestrians sign on the right side of the street is still missing. A yield sign for the right turn lane is posted past the crosswalk. It seems like a safety issue. It's bad enough trying to cross with many vehicles running the Red light on the straight through lanes, I counted five light runners today. The intersection is NOT pedestrian friendly!

The posted signage is as it should be. The existing "Stop for Pedestrians in Crosswalk" is for vehicles entering the right turn lane, requiring them to stop for peds in the crosswalk across the turn lane. The City does not post these signs for signalized intersections. The Yield sign beyond the crosswalk is for vehicles merging into the on ramp onto Kino Pkwy.
Posting a "Stop for pedestrians" sign on the left for a right turning lane does not make sense. Please review this. Do you need a picture to show the questionable placement? This still seems like a safety issue.
