There is still graffiti on the sound wall separating the freeway from Larkspur Dr. It is also to the east of the park. I submitted a request (#17-001955) on 8/28/17. It was closed out on 9/19 and it is still there. Now there is more graffiti on the sound wall by Jack in the Box too. By leaving it there, it is encouraging more graffiti.
