Can anything be done about people letting their dogs loose at Penniman playground? Apparently neighbors think it is ok to ignore the signs posted there. Both seniors and children are impacted by dogs running around here. One person we spoke to said he didn't care if a dog park was created, this was his neighborhood and his dog was gentle so he could ignore the signs.
