Thanks for using Gilbert 311! Can we get some more information about this vehicle? If the vehicle is inoperable or unregistered, we can send out officers and/or staff to make contact with the owner. However, if your concern is just regarding the appearance of the vehicle, there is little that our staff can do as that falls solely on the HOA and there are no codes or ordinances regarding the appearance of operable, registered vehicles that are in use.

This additional information will help us determine what we can do to resolve this issue.

A police unit responded to the area and located the vehicle in question. In fact, the vehicle was just pulling out of the neighborhood when it was observed. Since the vehicle was operable and no currently parked in violation of any municipal or state law, no further action was taken.
