Description

A client discussed with me having come across what appeared to be a shallow grave, with a distinct foul odor, and close by observed multiple fragments of bones. The client took some of the bones but sought advice whether they should somehow make a report, despite realizing that what they saw may likely be a Halloween prank of some kind.
