Description

The side walk in front of 160 Spring st has a 3-4 inch lip. The side walk at 156-158 Spring st has large cracks. This has been reported to DPH multiple times. I have tripped multiple times. I have witnessed a baby carriage fall over due to the lip in the side walk.
