This construction site has been an ongoing problem. The trash and leaning port-a-let are just the most recent examples of the builder taking short cuts. For instance the storm water runoff from the site has never been controlled and brings the trash downhill with it. The mud from the most recent rain is still visible on Nottingham Road. I picked up the trash (empty plastic bottles, papers, plastic bags) the water brought down but shoveling mud is too much for me. Surely something can be done. Other building sites in the neighborhood are not causing this mess.
