According to SeeClickFix registered user named: PortlandMatters, in a comment made on Nov 5, 2017, in service request ID #62879.... they said: (quote) "not all apartments have windows in that building" (end quote), in reference to the 11 Grant St. address. If true, this would be a violation of housing/building codes.
