Workers are still dewatering a pit they're excavating and the water is flooding half of the Ashley/Felch intersection. It seems that filter cloth placed over the catch basin just clogged with silt right away.

Crew went out and cleaned corner of debris. Washed corner and vactored basin. Contacted personnel to have contractor install silt bags inside the basin and they will be responsible for these. Contractor is suppose to clean road as well and keep it mud free.

There's still some standing water and a significant amount of mud in the gutter. I'd strongly suggest the city reinspect later this week and be sure the contractor is actually doing what they promised.

Went there yesterday, after crew had cleaned road and cross walk the day before. Found mud and sand in crosswalk and road made contractor clean street and cross walk area. They are suppose to sweep the road and cross walk every night. Please let me know if this is not happening. Thank you
