The home is falling apart: the ceiling leaks, the kitchen pipes leaks, the floors are filthy, the home smells like dog feces, and the home has rats plus a sickly looking dog inside the home, and one chained up outside in the back. The person in the home doesn't like to clean or fix things around the house.
