Description

Empty house for quite awhile, I have watched a couple guys going inside through the broken windows carrying 12pks of beer (several times). It looks like a flophouse. I worry about all the children who have to walk past this place to go to a nearby school. Its across from Chapmans in that corner house. Surprised nobody has complained yet.

I've witnessed the past couple of days of what looks like your so called. Crack/heroin addicts coming and going from house. Why doesn't the city get on this Windows are completely busted out. How has the city passed this problem up??

I agree I have gone to the building dept and even asked them to board up the Windows at minimum to keep vagrants out but was told that the city doesn't even have money for ply wood. I know lorain is on hard times but come on....they can't even afford ply wood!
