Again I have to report that the lights in Veterans Park are not on at 9:00 pm. I cannot walk my dog in the dark, I cannot see anyone walking. It seems crazy that this happens every time change. The lights are for protection and I feel unsafe. I could be assaulted. Does it not seem reasonably to test the timer before leaving, even if you have to return later that evening to verify that the lights are on. A supervisor should verify. We deserve better. Frustrated...

Well again I am asking that the lights in Veterans Park be on before dusk!!! They come on 9:10pm. I know this because I walk my dog, and have to avoid strangers approaching me in the dark, watch drug deals at the park benches, see the homeless sleeping on the benches, carrying keys in my hand if another drugged out person approaches me to ask for a sexual favor. We have been to the mayors office, the dpw and nothing has been done. I promise u if something happens to me I will take legal action. I have never experienced such deaf ears. I am a manager of a medical practice, manage 35 employees, I am not a unemployed drug addict. I am due respect from this city and expect this to be done immediately. The mayors office ignores requests. Also where are the police, do they ever get out of their car and walk the beat? I only see police speeding in their cars to events of crime. Disappointed. I know that but this private lights are in the public and it has fallen on deaf ears. Look back I have reported this every time chang, maybe the lights should be controlled by another party..
