Description

At the intersection of Hilltop Drive and Richmond Parkway heading west there 4 lanes: 1 left turn only, 1 left and straight lane, straight only and right turn.

There are now 3 left turn arrows.

The arrow markings on the street do not reflect 3 left turn lanes.

There are going to be accidents when people make a left turn from a lane that is not marked for a left turn but the signal says you can turn.
