Brush from Hurricane Irma in huge piles. Flat screen TV. Shopping Carts. Trashed piles of fencing. Wall Board. furniture. Alley so full of trash that it is partially obstructed. We have called the City several times and they stated pick up would take place on 11/9/17.

Nothing has been picked up, there is more trash and furniture, and neighbors are adding to my brush pile- There is one pile that is sticking out into the alley so people have to drive in a curve to get around it. Please advise. What is the "2nd sweep" and when is that going to take place. My husband called the City and they told him that pickup would be two weeks ago.
