241 19th Street Palm Harbor FL 34683 has 3 animals unleashed or licensed with a collar and roaming around as they please. White cat, red cat and small dog. It makes it impossible to walk our animals on a leash and their cats are damaging car paint jobs. The neighborhood is tired of it. They refuse to put their dog on a leash or keep their cats inside.
