Description

There is a hoarder lady which has debris and garbage everywhere. She poses a public danger to the neighborhood. She also parks her car with the rear bumper on the street. When driving at night, you cannot see her car and may hit it. She also poses a fire danger to both her neighbors, because the trash is so piled up, and sparks easily. She also scavenged from Recycle and reuse day, taking most items and collecting them, and scavenging is a FEDERAL crime. This issue should be addressed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
