This place is every bit the dump it has been -- someone cleaned it out but left it looking like this -- debris throughout the yard -- wooden planks leading to the front door -- it's a disgrace -- even if it is waiting to be painted and rehabbed it doesn't have to continue to be the eyesore of the world in the meantime

5/2/18 This address appears to be being occupied by homeless/(the people holding signs on corners). They are coming & going via the backyard. I'm not sure if this address is even supposed to be occupied.

Everything is starting up again at this address. There is a permanent Yard Sale going on at 749 Berclair. There is a growing amount of items in the front yard & carport, just like in the past. Not to mention junk was moved from 749 Berclair to the owners other address 772 Berclair (3 doors down). Both of these addresses have occupants that accumulate junk. Even with a court date pending the violations do not stop. Please order evictions both of these addresses.
