as of 12:15 pm on 11/23/17 there is an illegally placed double tent and garbage on
The median of Mandela parkway at the intersection of 32nd street. Please do not allow this to become the horrific drive by drug den that has become the over pass nightmare at 35th and Peralta. The taxpayers of Oakland will not stand for this denigration of our streets and I will not stop until this is addressed.
