Who is responsible for flushing the many water hydrants within Liberty Estates? Whenever the City announces a hydrant flushing schedule for hydrants in our general area the water in this mobile home park always becomes discolored and sometimes omits an order. No one ever flushes out our hydrants after an area flushing of other hydrants takes place. You may already know that we have a dead ended system within our park, not a loop system, that supplies City Water to every residency here, consequently we the residents suffer the effects of our hydrants not being flushed, but collecting sediment from the flushing of other areas connected to the City system. I think our system is also lower than our surrounding systems.
