Description

At 420 Poplar there is a red zone;Is the Red zone legal here at this location?
It caught my eye as it was ..
1. poorly and unevenly painted ( i would suspect our Vallejo employees would be able to paint it evenly.)
2. Only home with the curbs painted in area
3. Painted in a large amount (6 feet on each side) as opposed to just painting the driveway tips.
4. Recently painted; i suspect it was done in a effort to keep people from parking across from the newly opened park.
